![]() Hamden's Partnership for Young Children (The Partnership) is a collaborative that includes public and private agencies, community members and representatives from the Town and Hamden Public Schools who advocate for Hamden's young children.
Our focus is improving the education, care, health and safety of children from birth to age nine. We work with a wide range of programs, departments, and schools that support young children and their families to help create a coordinated, integrated system with accountability by all. The Partnership is working improve both effectiveness and efficiency; examining what is working well, what needs to be improved and how to make it happen. This site provides information for families on wide range of topics related to the health, education, childcare needs, overall development and parenting of young children. There is also information about and links to a variety of resources for families.
